In his article ”From The Role Of Pastor and Christians in Civil Government,” David Barton consider if people elect the wrong leader for them, the Constitution would be absolutely worthless in their hands. Most of American believes that the Constitution makes their country getting better. But Barton asserts is it not true because the words is from Founding Fathers themselves. He said “if people think the Constitution governs America, that would be a major totally error”(144). Many of those moral laws are from scriptural principles. Bible shows that when the righteous rule, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan (Proverbs 29:2).
Barton said there was no any nation in the history of the world that with a better law than Israel. God wrote their laws perfectly, and the people from Israel was getting as well as they do.
