you. You are worth more than what others think about you. He did let others stop him, and by doing so he was able to accomplish what others believe he could not. His daily operations are different day to day since it depends whether he is working on a project or not. He does not have any other employees, but he works a lot of different people. He continuously looks for more land and evaluates them. He is constantly talking to people to conjure up deals or to convince them to allow him to represent them. I believe that the real estate and land business will be stable for many years as population grows. More people mean the need for more homes. Homes are always needed, and old homes need to be demolished to set up newer and safer structures. Land and homes are continuously being sold. I do not think that robots in the future will take over the industry because the whole business depends on communication and understanding. This is a business that will never go out because there is a permanent demand for homes and land. If the stock market crashed, then this will mostly likely be a career that would not survive, as people will want not to spend any money. There were not many difficulties with the interview. One of the difficulties I had was the fact that I was in Florida while CJ Garrett was in Kansas, so our time was different. I forgot that the time was one hour later in Florida and waited for over one hour to start the interview. My other problem was that I did not know how to screen record while voice record. I used the memos app on my phone for the audio record and screen record on quick time for the video. IMovie was difficult because my video and audio would not match up so the audio would come a second too late. For next year students that will take Entrepreneurship, I suggest to do a few recommendations to make this interview fun and effective.
If possible, I suggest doing the interview face to face, which eliminates the technology and time difference problem I had. It is also more professional to do it face to face in my opinion. I also suggest to make plan the interview around the interviewer’s time rather than your own. The entrepreneur has many priorities, and they need to utilize their time to the best of their abilities. Students’ priorities should have school near the top of the list, so they should be willing to drop time out of their schedule. If both parties are not willing to sacrifice time to conduct the interview, then I suggest choosing a different person to
interview.
