The concept of Clinical Governance Organizational Learning has evolved to the corporate responsibility of all healthcare workers in order to ensure high quality standards, which in turn will lead into better quality of life in a very economical way. Many healthcare organisations are seeking new methods to retain knowledge and deploy more widely within the organisation, an initiative that is termed organisational learning.
