A journey that started some three years ago, with little knowledge that I will be able to make it to the end. I would like to thank all the people who helped me reach this point. The list though comprehensive is not exhaustive.
To start with I would thank my guide Dr. Kavita Laghate who helped me to crystallize my thoughts and the motivation to complete this project.
All my colleagues from the organizations’ I worked for, who ensured that I still went on with the course when my chips were down.
My classmates who were a wonderful company all through the three years for presentations, projects, studies and more importantly bringing to me the varied thought process and ideas.
