When we use the kind words it would make someone feel like they are part of the team. The players wouldn’t have to be friends with everyone on the team you meet but people should have respect for each other. Giving compliments and starting conversations would be nice to do for each other. Playing fairly is also important for the whole team. It is important to remember that violence is never the answer so it would be good to avoid hitting, pushing, tripping, and bullying. As a team decision making should be done all together. After the team won their first game the coach believed they focused on practicing in order to win and to go on to win the sixteenth game making them undefeated. The team would seem to come together until the coach got reports on how the students were doing in their classes. More than half of the teams were getting incompletes in their classes. The coach came to a decision that he would not allow access to the gym and canceled the practices and games. He threatens the team to do push-ups and different sprints if they didn’t follow the agreement in the contract. The theory would be if you reward behaviors that are more likely to occur again while punishment maybe reducing chance of that behavioral for the future to come.
