My active involvement in JROTC has been instrumental in my personal growth and development as a future leader in the Coast Guard. In 2014, I proudly participated in the Brigade inspection which designated our JROTC “Honor Unit with Distinction." I was competitively selected as a company grade officer my junior year. I currently lead and mentor 60+ Underclassman. To complement my JROTC activities, I was selected by my Senior Army Instructor to participate in our award-winning Academic and Leadership Teams competing against other Army JROTC schools.
