- SKILLED TECHNICIAN. As an IT Specialist he directed response and cleanup of 171 NCDOC and NNWC incidents. He scanned and patched over 900 server vulnerabilities resulting in closure of 207 Remedy tickets directly contributing to three successful Cyber Security Inspections. His commitment to high standards resulted in 98% service availability for 22,000 OCONUS Navy Enterprise-Network users and 31 FDNF units despite a severe departmental manning shortfall.
