Code Of Ethics In Radiology
Since Radiology is my field of choice, I am going to talk about the code of ethics for Radiology and why I feel Radiology is the career for me. As a Radiologic Technician you interact with the daily general public on a daily basis. Radiologic Technicians are given a set of rules that they must follow to help provide the best quality care for their patients. I believe that the three main rules are how you assist your patients, how you treat your patients, and how to provide the best quality care. The first rule states that when assisting your patients you should always conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. This means dressing in appropriate attire and the use of appropriate language when communicating with your patients.
