Columbia is also the name of at least nineteen other towns in the U.S. Columbia and it’s the oldest college in New york and the fifth chartered institution of higher learning in the county. Columbia most popular majors are engineering, social science, and English. Journalism is also big there. My mom had wanted to go there for Journalism when she was younger. Columbia is a great school and has lots of majors, for example I want to major in Criminal Justice and that’s available too.
