A. Thesis Statement
Efficient structural connection will lead to powerful solidarity and the proficiency for workers at all grades of the company to work simultaneously to accomplish business goals. Productive organizational connections will supply workers the information, organization and affirmative work atmosphere they require to seem at ease when handling confrontation and settling matters effectively.
II. Body Paragraph #1 – Topic Sentence #1 (Active Listening)
Communication is a process where we share our feelings, thoughts, experience, ideas, suggestions, and feedback.
A. Supporting Evidence
1. “Some people are naturally good listeners, but there are also techniques that can be used to nurture these attributes, and build on our listening skills.” (Bryant, 2009).
B. Explanation
Before communicating with other people, we usually think about how to speak, what to say, when to speak, and how to respond to what you are hearing.
C. So What?
The process of communication does not need to be the same because it’s not necessary to follow any particular definition or explanation. It can be explained on the basis of our knowledge and belief. The process of communication helps you understand organizational communication because it helps you understand other people in the way that you communicate with them because everybody perceives things differently and you need to know how to effectively communicate with others.
III. Body Paragraph #2 – Topic Sentence #2 (Organizational Culture)
Being familiar with different cultures can help you communicate better with people and help you better understand where a person is coming from.
