i usually have a decent attitude about the majority of things, but i will admit that sometimes i get a little negative and become very hopeless and unmotivated. that really makes me struggle with loads of things and is most definitely one of my biggest problems. i not only want to fix this, but i also need to. i plan on surrounding myself with people who lift me up and encourage me. they say the people you spend your time with have a big affect on you and your attitude. another way i plan to achieve this is by starting my days off with a good and happy attitude. the beginning of your day really affects you and your attitude throughout the day. if i can wake up and have a good attitude about the day ahead, then i think that'll make me feel better and more motivated throughout the
