INTRODUTION
Communication is a part and parcel of everyone’s life. All individuals need to communicate to share their knowledge and information with others. However, the degree of its effectiveness depends upon your personal communication skills. The better are your communication skills, the better a person understands you.
The purposes of communication could be many but the most important part is to understand how to communicate effectively. Communication is a two way process and therefore requires complete understanding among the communicators. Not only the content but also the way the content is transferred is important. Students are the future of every nation. That is why the role of teachers is so important to the society. It is through a teacher that generations of youngsters are deeply influenced. Overall improvement in a student can be expected when communication skills for teachers is given due importance.
