Introduction
Every marketing policy has its own translation on the external communication (public relations, sponsoring, advertising and all forms of products and brands promotion). But this kind of communication is always not enough to rich the business objectives, so every organization has to guarantee a healthy internal area in order to make a space where the relationships between individuals can be based on the mutual respect, the job engagement and the duty accomplishment. It’s the internal communication and it will be more detailed in this purpose.
