1.0 Executive summary
In this short report, I will be describing and produce a deeper understanding of what communication within the organization is, and how important it is to have an effective communication within the organization. This report will show the different aspects and different ways of how to have a better, and effective communication within employees that will result a better work place and a more efficient and effective employees, which meant more profit. At the end of the report, based on deep research, a better understanding will be understood, and recommendation of solution will be provided for Bob Jensen.
2.0 Introduction
Communication is defined by a process or interaction to reach a mutual understanding, in which participants exchange information, news, ideas, feelings, and most of all to create and share meaning. The importance of communication in general is to connect people and places. Communication is very important in business and organization, as it is the key and main function to operate the business, and to interact between departments, and organization levels.
When lack of communication existed between the organizations, the organization will fail to operate business effectively and efficiently, and they will fail in the end. Communication within organization fail because of the communication barriers.
