Executive summary
The study presents a comprehensive communication audit report consisting of several parts: report’s settings and aims (introduction), methodology for conducting the audit, findings of the audit (body) and recommendations for the company’s communications improvement (conclusion). This audit was implemented with the purpose to assess and analyze communicational culture within a particular organisation. To fulfill this purpose, some methods of studying organisation communication were used. Among them are face-to-face interviews, survey questionnaire and direct observations. The primary sources of information about communicational culture were face-to-face interviews as they enabled to create the holistic picture of communication practices in the studied organization. Survey questionnaires were used to confirm the validity of the findings gained from the interview. Direct observations helped to understand non-verbal communicational issues and detect something else, which could influence communication in the company. During the audit process both strengths and weaknesses in the organisational communication were found. On the one
