In North Korea, all sources of information are highly censored by the government, there is no internet and only one channel on TV according to those who managed to escape. If nothing changes, communism will last a long time there. Although their tests for trying to get a nuclear missile capable of hitting the US is worrying, it is doubtful they would attack first. First, North Korea has a smaller army, despite still using human wave tactics, they have an extreme technological disadvantage and just like in the 1950’s their air force and navy is weak and their leadership is probably less competent than a few other nations. Their biggest advantage is that China and Russia will most likely try to protect them, and no one wants to attack them first due to being a buffer state. Even though the combined efforts of US allies. could overpower them, though that would most likely mean another world war which (mostly) everyone wants to avoid at all costs.
