Compare And Contrast Amy And Lucas

Amy and Lucas, from the short story “Gore” are always fighting, and I feel that my older sister and I are on the same boat. There are short periods of times where we actually get along, but most of the time, we’re arguing over the most stupid things. My sister and I will constantly do the same thing as Amy and Lucas, provoking and attacking without provocation.In order to settle everything, we make deals or “rules” with each other to ensure that everything is fair. Unlike us, Amy and Lucas argue so often that authority has to step in and terminate the conflict. When my sister and I get along, it will not last very long, and I feel that Amy and Lucas could relate.Amy and Lucas have their own personal arsenal to deal with each other, as
do my sister and I. My sister, is very similar to Lucas, and will use brute force to win most fights. On the other hand, I like to be sneaky, and do things that she won’t expect, to prepare for future conflicts. Just like Amy and Lucas, my sister and I don’t get along too well, but we still care about each other.
