It was easier for him to create this because the Revolutionary war had already ended making it possible for his plans and lot letting his nation down. Benjamin Franklin was successful of creating the Constitution and setting goals for the future and bettering our nation. When The Declaration was just trying to end the revolutionary war even though when Thomas jefferson wrote it , it wasn’t trying to create better goals it just wanted to keep it with the ideas of what he had gone through and not thinking about the future and nations that really wanted it was just about what he wanted and thought was right. In the other hand the Constitution actually thought about the nation and the future letting them decide what they really wanted for this nation having the congress join as well giving them opinions to making this goal happen at that moment and until this day is
