Ti uses imagery to show to show to us through our senses how she feel like her achievements are overlooked. In the 5th line Ti states, “I’m forever stuck being in your shadow, a mere shell of your ever-growing potential.” This line shows how she's always over looked because she's stuck in his shadow. While his potential is growing at what seems like 100mph the authors is growing at about 10mph, making her fall further and further behind him. In lines 9 and 10 Ti exaggerates, “...you are unreachable, hundreds and thousands of miles away from my reach, planets, maybe even galaxies away.” This represents how far away her brother is from being obtainable by her.
