The UNAIDS and Lancet commission was launched in May 2013.
UNODC is mandated to assist member states in their struggle against illicit drugs.
UnTransnational Issues
-Human trafficking- is the acquisition of people by improper means such as force, fraud or deception with the Aim of exploiting. Trafficking in persons is a serious crime and a grave violation of human rights.
-Smuggling Migrants involves the procurement for financial or other material benefit of illegal entry of a person into a state of which that person is not a national or resident.
-Environmental Degradation is the deterioration of the environment through depletion of resources such as air, water and soil; the destruction of ecosystems and the extinction of wildlife.
-Money laundering- is the process of changing large amounts of money that have been gained through illegitimate means.

-League of Nations- (abbreviated as LN in English, and SDN in its other official languages) was an intergovernmental organization founded as a result of the Paris Peace Conference that ended the First World War.
