The principal issue from the author is that the bailout to the banks, and car dealerships were supposed to help the taxpayers and it has not. Also that the America people have not benefited from it and we are worse off now than before.

The author’s argument is valid, unsound and weak. As mentioned before this is an opinionated article on the author’s beliefs. He is a member of a group that is against governmental intervention on individuals.

No, I don’t see any moral reasoning that I can relate to in this article. However, the author might be using moral reasoning based on his personal beliefs and values, but this does not come across in the article itself. He is expressing anger on the issues that it was wrong in his opinion.
