Mr. P and his wife is depressed due to the worsening of his condition and overwhelmed with the stack of medical bills. A multidisciplinary approach of care is required in this scenario. Mr. P is benefited from home health services for managing multi drugs, monitoring weight, and observing for deteriorating symptoms earlier. A social worker consult is required to assist with financial problems and they can also help to find out the community services and volunteer services available in their home town.
