Mission
To provide young adults aging out of the foster care and leaving the justice system with all the resources and support of an intact family. Also, allow the utmost opportunity for a rewarding transition to adulthood. We are committed to helping the under privilege youths and adults in our local community by offering a wide variety of services and referrals to anybody in need.

An action plan with weekly and monthly goals and activities:
• Appointing a fundraising team, writing project proposals as well as identifying functional areas that require individual action plans.
• Functional areas:
 Personal hygiene products to those served by our organization.
 Memorial services to those served by our organization.

Long terms goals: based on a 5 to 10 year period that will shape the direction of our organization in order to achieve the defined purpose.
• A broad strategy that will include fulfilling major milestones such as:
 Reducing the number of homeless people in a particular area.
 Establishing a housing office for the organization.
 Setting up an employment agency to assist individuals find work.
 Develop partnerships with educational facilities to improve skills and training of individuals

Program 1: Personal Hygiene:
• We provide basic hygiene kits to the homeless which can have a tremendous impact on a person’s life.
• A cost of $300 to $500 monthly.
• This will be a long term program.
• Our desired result is that we want to help people restore their dignity in the face of a difficult time.

Program 2: Feeding the homeless:
• We attempt to enrich the livelihood of the homeless by providing nutritious sustenance.
• A cost of $125 weekly.
• This will be a long term program.
• Our desired result is to decrease hunger

Depending on the level of support, any grants received from TSDF our organization:
• We would like to provide housing for the homeless but overall, we want to provide a wide variety of services and eventually expand our services to a bigger population.

    As we firmed up our process, we communicated about the ministry to other neighborhood schools and are now packing 60 bags a week, for 5 different schools.
