Conspiracy In Government Policy

Being an African and living in African requires a lot of courage. Conspiracy in Government policies can be seen in our educational system. The government accepting its knows the people are not happy with its governing style but doing nothing to improve on this. If the youth are truly the leaders of tomorrow then, the curriculum should be designed to impact in them useful skills such as communication skills-verbal and written, strong work ethic skills, teamwork skills, initiative, and analytical skills. I grew up with my elder brother and the wife was like always looking for faults to blame me for this or that wrongdoing. One of my elder brothers was by then was in high school seeing how I was poorly being treated started teaching me how to defend myself to avoid being punished almost on daily bases.
I am blessed with the spirit of decrement and with this I have developed the skill of initiative with is greatly appreciated by my colleague of the front office with the microfinance institution with which I work. If there is one thing I have learned is to believe someone irrespective of the origin. I am somewhat a dominative person when in a familiar environment and the contrary when in an unfamiliar and not very good at communicating in a professional environment. I need to improve my communication skills and teamwork skills. By the grace of God, I intend to set up a private business not long from now which involve writing and presenting a business plan to potential investors for funding. In the field, I will need to present these products to the public to adhere to it. I, therefore, need to improve my communication and analytical skills for present and future
