The checks and balances Is all a part of this the legislative branch makes all of the laws, executive branch vetoes them and the judiciary branch confirms the law and makes it a law that must be followed. Checks and balances makes sure that each each branch has equal power and each branch and check on each other to make sure the power is balanced. They can check on each other whenever they want and make sure everything is in order and if something is suspicious. An example of this is “little rock nine” when the branches of government wouldn't pass a law that would stop segregation in schools which was a part in the constitution. People that couldn’t afford health insurance would assure them with some kind of safety net of debt and would save plenty of people. 54% members of congress agree with the Affordable Care Act and 43% disagree with the act . Statics show that 138% of medicare expansion is federal poverty level and it can cost up to $15,000 for an individual and $31,000 for a family of four in 2012. I disagree people should be working to have the coverage health care instead of relying on the governments money. People shouldn't be paying for people that don't work hard enough for the safety for themselves and their family, we pay taxes and some of that money goes towards people that can't afford something. If we wanted to help people we would donate to associations to make that happen and help people in need but some people might have enough money for health insurance but not enough money to be paying for other peoples health care.
