The first question regarding corruption is What is Corruption ?
The answer is very simple to tell but is extremely complecated to understand. Technically corruption is any kind of act in self interset to use public services illegally. Now there are several situations when we don't follow the law but that is not corruption if it is in public interset. Like if you give five extra minute to a sick student in exam then it is against rule but is not a kind of corruption but if you give four extra minutes for rupees then it is a kind of corruption. It is the simplest example to distinguish corruption and humanity. The corruption is not always visible but is always observable. It means one can observe every kind of corruption but corruption is not always visible. For example, if a sub division officer is not taking any action against his junior for the offence of corruption then it is a kind of invisible corruption but is still observable. Now it comes to cause of corruption. Who is the real cause of the corruption ? We can't give the whole credit to the system. We are equally responsible for the same thing. No doubt the system don't let us allow to change itself but remember we can change it slowly. Lets ask one question to your mind. Why should I loose my chance to get something illegally which others are getting ? For example, there is a job opportunity and someone equally qualified as you are is trying jack, then should you use a jack ? This question has every answer. It is not illegal or is not morally wrong. It completely depends upon you. We know corruption is a way of living for everyone nowadays. But the main question is who is responsible ? Now I think you understand, we the people are responsible, not the system. Now you will ask that how one can change the system ? I am not expecting a change in the system from you but just try to change yourself a bit. Just a bit not completely. Just try to change small things and see large things will be
