Creative a positive learning environment is very imperative on building reading ability, and probably one of most important components in teaching students to read. Positive learning environment means not just physically designing classroom that would positively affect on children development. It means an environment where children will be given new opportunities to explore, environment that will support valuable behavior, environment that supports children needs and interests, environment that promotes children independence in learning. Students must be allowed independently choose books for reading and types of actives following reading. Teachers have to find ways to get more informations about students life outside the classrooms, and
