INTRODUCTION
Small business is an important sector of the State economy. Small business promotes skills of private entrepreneurship development, creates a competitive environment that adapts quickly to changes in demand and supply in the market, creates new jobs and contributes to domestic goods and services market. This is one of the sources of formation of middle class society that contributes solving of the problems of employment.
The main task of financial and credit support to small business is increasing investment in small businesses through increased crediting from traditional sources – banks and through the development of alternative sources of investment – microcredit organizations and credit partnerships, maximize private investment resources, introduction of progressive forms of investment policy.
