Physical: Crianna is a tall, slim-built, and fair skinned kid. She has a curly brown hair and ties it up at times. Also, she wears glasses and appears to be sleepy. Moreover, she is as well well-groomed and maintains good hygiene at the end of her class.
Cognitive: instruction must be repeated to her, before she answers them.
Psychosocial: she has trouble in playing with kids of her age and interacting with adults. However, she seem not to get the emotion of others (e.g. she still plays while the teacher is reprimanding the whole class).
Psychomotor: she is on-the-go and squirms a lot on her seat. Moreover, she often goes in and out of her room and plays outside during recess and even class discussion. There are also times when she sleeps after doing activitvies.

He is fair skinned and is very well-groomed. However, he often has colds and he coughs a lot during classes. On the other hand, he tends to be disorganized with his things: folders, crayons, bags, etc.
Cognitive: There are times when he misses the instruction in his exams and answers wrong in them. Also, he also has the tendency to be inattentive and misses out her teacher’s explanation.
Psychosocial: he is very friendly towards his fellow students and respectful towards authorities. When being reprimanded by his teacher, he tends to cry immediately.
Psychomotor: he is hyperactive and always on-the-go. Also, he often squirms on his seat and bite his pencils a lot. Moreover, he just looks at the board during class discussion but he simultaneously do things with it e.g. changing his sitting position and playing with his pencil.
