There are many types of communication activity can be conducted between the hotel and the guests. Communication is the activity of transmission of information through the exchange of messages, thoughts or information, as by speech, signals, visuals or writing, or behavior. It is the meaningful exchange of information between two or a group of person. One definition of communication is “any act by which one person gives to or receives from another person information about that person's needs, desires, perceptions, knowledge, or affective states.”
The theories of consumer decision-making process assume that the consumer’s purchase decision process consists of steps through which the buyer passes in purchasing a product or service. However, this might not be the case.
