Are you putting aside your crock pot, seeing that summer is about to begin? You may forget baking and cooking stews on the summer months, but you can still try corn on the cob, tacos, and scalloped fruits to make a cooler weather. And if you will be on travel and dining out most of the time this summer, you can always opt to enjoy natural foods.

With merely some seasonal eggs, veggies, as well as a cooking technique, summer festivities do not get more candid than this. Ingredients are:
2 average-sized zucchini, coarsely shredded and mixed with half a teaspoon of salt
Half a dozen eggs
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
3 tablespoons finely sliced parsley
150 grams of crumbled feta cheese
10 pieces cherry tomatoes cut into two pieces each
Some oil for earthenware
Directions:
Using a colander, drain the juice of the zucchini with salt by manually squeezing it until you only have a tightly filled cup of shredded zucchini. Grease the stoneware cooker with oil. Then, beat the parsley, paprika, eggs, thyme, pepper and salt in a big bowl. Add the tomatoes, shredded zucchini, and smashed feta.
Mix thoroughly and transfer the mixture in the crock pot. Turn the slow cooker to lowest temperature, besides leaving it for around three hours. Check the frittata after two and a half hours or once the exterior in the center looks parched. Insert a blade in the center until it comes out free of juices.
