Introduction
Coca Cola Company is a global beverage company that has been in operation for over a century. The company has to a great extent maintained its leadership position and enjoyed a greater market share for quite a long period. The American multinational beverage corporation produces a wide range of products but is best known for its product coca cola. It carries out its corporation in over two hundred countries and has over 400 brands in the various countries of operation.
The company has a unique marketing strategy which has enable the company to retain its market position for that long. The marketing strategy of the company is drawn from market research and it focuses on the right product mix which has enabled the company realize maximum profitability and sustain its market position. Due to the ability of the company to live up to its mission, the company has led and continues to lead in the beverage industry. The company fulfills its promise to refresh and satisfy the customers (Larman, 2002). The company stands out from the rest of the competitors by providing unique testing beverages which cannot be compared with those of the competitors. It provides its clients with products which meet their needs and wants and to some level exceed them. The products of the company are cheap and are also packaged in a rather efficient package. The package is efficient in the sense that one can easily carry the entire drink in a perfectly packaged container.
The organization has offices which are spread throughout the region in which the company carries out its operations .the organization is headed by a president and followed by the vices that are answerable to the president. The regional managers form the various regions of operation report any organizational information to the vices. The company is well organized and in the current years,
