Confidence or feeling good about yourself, the book came to confirm this factor by saying that people whom feel good about themselves are not overwhelmed by positive or negative emotions. They don’t let people put them down, and they always look at the good side not the bad, and that’s even true in my daily life; I know people whom always complaining about things like money, family, and even government. I will come to this conclusion in order to be psychologically healthy we have to be confident.
Positive thinking is very important; I will consider it critically important if a person want to reach to the psychological comfort. Positive thinking means approaching life's challenges with a positive outlook. It does not necessarily mean avoiding or ignoring the bad things; instead, it involves making the most of potentially bad situations, trying to see the best in other people, and viewing yourself and your abilities in a positive light.
Control tension and anxiety has a huge role in a person health and especially psychologically. Because if we think what cause a psychological disorder, the first things that come to our mind are stress, depression, and anxiety. So people whom recognize and try to control these causes, they have more chances of being psychologically healthy.
