Probably the reason consistently growing because of diverse students those are underperforming compare to the mainstream students. (Rychly & Graves, 2012) In preference to educational setting American public education system is not gathering all the information to educate the diverse students. This is a critical part of knowledge to be more tolerant of students as a teacher. It is important for teachers to distinguish their own cultural and linguistic background as they work with students from different cultural diverse. Also, teacher need to be more open to evaluating their unique experiences, values, and beliefs, freedom in education setting. Teacher also need to keep in mind that all English language learners have to be provide with equal opportunity in learning regardless of their individual backgrounds. If teachers are to help diverse or English language learner more effectively and meet their needs equally in the classroom setting, and provide safe learning environment then definitely student will accomplish. Also, as teacher should have high expectations from her students’ behavioral, classroom management and academic performance and understand the students’ needs.
