When we talk about Apple comes to our mind all the technology and innovation that each year brings Apple to us they offers a wide variety of models and different styles in all of his presentation like macs, iPod or iPhone.
What makes this brand apple so unique and innovative is the level of relationship between customer at the moment of buying because they are able not just to choose what they want they also personalize their product like the color, some details and they even can record their names on it.
Apple is a brand that is highly positioned when thinking about technology they transmitted to customer security and peace of mind that they are buying a quality product, so when a customer buy an apple product they are not thinking that is going to fail they are just thinking what a great product they just buy and thinking how long is going to pass to Apple to take a new one.
Apple also offers the customer a wide variety of products as it has for a single model different varieties such as the iPhone 5 which is in iPhone 5, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. All of these basically meet all the same functions with differences as finger prints, plastic colors or just made of aluminum.
Apple is a brand that knew how to slowly reach the customer, as in Peru now they have 5 iStore so now Peruvian customer when they think in technology they quickly think in Apple
To conclude, we think that the most important factor that makes Apple very successful is the good attention that they bring to their customers, the highly products that they have and that we as customer can modify and personalize our products
