Toys Toys Toys is a retailer that that sells a wide assortment of toys which is amid to children as young as infants, to puzzles for adults. They have been around since 1990, and their retail strategy is to find toys that no other retailer can find and offer them at a low price. They also have a Discount Club that you can join up on the company website (http://toyscubed.com), which provides their customers with great deals at discounted prices. (Toy Toys Toys)
The location of this retailer that I visited was the one at Scarborough Town Center. It is located on the lower floor by the McDonald’s food court (The exact location can be located on the mall directory which is the last page in this document). Toys Toys Toys offers a wide range of toys for infants to puzzles for adults. Toys Toys Toys is a specialty store that offers a depth assortment of toys. The stores prices range from $1.99 to $299.99. The cheapest item in the store was crayons that cost $1.99 and the most expensive item that was available it the store was the Star Wars Lego that cost $299.99. The price point that they had was set at .99 cents. Toys Toys Toys targets their merchandise to people who have a low to medium income and who have children.
There are many different target markets that Toys Toys Toys have. This would depend on what kind of toy (and the age of the child) the shopper was looking for. In saying that, one target customer would be a 3 year old to 5 year old girl who would want a doll like a Dora Explorer, Zue-Fari Pets, to items like crayons and play

Build-A-Bear workshop stores were first established in 1996 by Maxine Clark whose influence came from former CEO of May Department Stores who had stated, “Retailing is entertainment and the store is a stage - when customers are happy, they spend more money” ( Dess, c261). Build-A-Bear’s intentions were to differentiate themselves by giving people the feeling of bringing their teddy bear to life. You could give it a heart, a name, a wardrobe and many other personal touches. Build-A-Bear is about two things, “entertainment and customization” (c261). At the time of its introduction, following their differentiation strategy, there was not much competition for customized children’s toys. However, after the concept of customization…
