Symptoms are swelling or pain in your leg.
Diagnosis's are ultrasound, blood test, or venography.
Treatments are to prevent clots from getting bigger, so doctors prescribe blood thinners.
Other systems this effects are integumentary system because of the swelling of skin and nervous system because the pain sent through the nerves.
