A Heart disease is a disorder of the blood vessels of the heart that can lead to a heart attack.
The disease is not curable, which means that the person will always have to live with their condition (Mayo Clinic.) With that being said, there are surgeries that can be provided to help better the condition. Some heart diseases can’t be prevented, which are called heart defects.

Last but certainly not least, a stroke is definitely a possibility as well when dealing with this disease. Strokes occur when the heart isn’t working properly causing blood clots that are likely to appear in the blood vessels. The symptoms of a stroke are numbness on one side of the body, confusion, trouble with speech, and loss of balance or coordination (Conditions.)
Something that people may not be aware of is blood pressure. Keeping your blood pressure at a minimum is the best thing to do. High blood pressure can cause stress which all ties into your cardiovascular system. One of the best ways to lower blood pressure is to limit the salt that your body consumes. Alcohol can affect your blood pressure as well (Healthline.)
The over-all goal is to maintain your health. Preventing heart disease isn’t something that cannot be done. Making sure that you have a healthy diet, exercise, and not smoking is the key. By doing these you are giving your body a great shot at a healthy trial. Every choice you make affects you in some way, even from the burger you had last week to the cigarette you smoked when you were 16. Everything catches up whether you think so or not. So make a change, start taking care of your
