1) The Defendant in order for the Plaintiff to continue to have frequent access to their daughter permitted the Plaintiff to visit her in his home.
2) The Defendant permitted the Plaintiff to be on his gym club membership so that both the Plaintiff and his daughter can spend time together.
3) The Defendant has continued to permit the Plaintiff to be on his Costco membership.
4) The Defendant sends pictures and videos of their daughter to the Plaintiff.
5) The Defendant when his daughter was living with him constantly updated the Plaintiff of what was going on with their daughter.
6) The Defendant in his boarding agreement with his sister ensure that the Plaintiff would be contacted
