Defining Religion

Defining religion is based on how the person views religion as a whole. I define religion in three different ways, how you use it, what you believe in, and how you were raised in it. Religion has been around for centuries and has been interpreted by many to be a way of life, but the way I see it religion is defined by how you use it.

Religion has many different definitions, but one way I define it is how you use your religion. You use your religion by how you see it needs to be used in your day to day to life. Say your pumping gas and someone walks up to you and asks for a little bit of money because they are poor, and you give them some money that is using your religion for good. By doing simple acts of kindness, or spreading your religion around is using your religion. By using your religion you are spreading that to more and more people, but the way you use your religion can be directly correlated to what you believe in.
Religion is defined not through academics but through your belief system. With more than 7 billion people and 4000 different religions in this world not everybody’s beliefs will be the same. But each and everybody has their own belief and they use it by how they see is fit. For example a Christian belief system will vary from a Hindus, just like a Hindus will vary from a Muslims. But the thing is it doesn’t matter if one vary or believes something different from you, what matters is what you believe in and how you define your belief. Anybody has the right to belief what they want but a lasting impact in what you belief comes from how you were
