An example of a hero is the brave individuals who serve in our military.
They have no superpowers they are just like us. They just have a feeling of obligation towards this nation. Moreover, they care for the general population. They make sacrifices to fight for people they're not acquainted with. The soldiers lose time with family, personal security, and comfort. The most heroic thing about soldiers is that they're risking their lives for others.
A common place to find a hero is schools. Some would disagree, but in my opinion, teachers are heroic. The future of our society is really in their hands. Teachers spend spare time improving themselves to make a difference in others. They also teach students more than just their subject. Teachers clarify ideas and lessons that help others in different levels of education and in life. They also lack the super powers. Their accomplishments may go unnoticed too. They simply have a sense of commitment to the education of our
society.
In addition to school, heroes are in a lot of our common everyday places. After all, people do not need a profession to be a hero. Parents are heroes, they make sacrifices for the wellbeing of their children. That person who helps their neighbor with the groceries is a hero. I would consider someone who lends a homeless person money a hero. There are also historic heroes like Martin Luther King Jr. and Abraham Lincoln who both helped the wellbeing of others. They both also made a tremendous difference in people’s lives.
Heroes are very important to our society. I believe anyone who takes up the courage to help another is a hero. Being fast, strong, or having laser vision doesn’t make anyone a hero. A person can be anywhere helping or making a difference in someone’s life. That’s a “hero”.
