Introduction

Coffee, Tea & Company, a limited liability company that sells coffee,beverages and other snacks in it’s premium cafe. The slogan of the business is “The best coffee in town”. In the start there will be two branches around Dubai.

Demand Analysis

The demand for cafes is high in these areas since many people are living in and around these areas and the most important aspect about these areas is that there are many universities in these areas and all of the students want something to eat that is not highly priced but is healthy. A trend towards quality among the consumers in Dubai plays an important role in the recent growth towards bakery items, coffee and desserts. Additionally such factors as desire for something more exotic,

Since not many places around Dubai offer student discount, Coffee, Tea & Company will be offering a 20% discount for the students and they will have free access to the internet. There will be a family area for families that want privacy. All the nutritional information will be given in the menu so people will know more about what they are eating.

Marketing

The business will be using above the line and below the line promotional strategies for their marketing. The business will be giving a 30% discount to the first 200 costumers. Coffee, Tea & Company will be posting advertisements in newspapers and billboards. They will also be running advertisements on radio, television, social media and internet. They will also be distributing leaflets around Knowledge Village and Academic City to promote the business among the people residing in nearby communities.

Students

Organizational Structure

Coffee, Tea & Company is owned by solely Mujtaba Tahir.

A manager will be hired full time to manage, organize and supervise the cafe and workers.

A chef will be hired full time to control the kitchen, manage the food inventory and assist in the menu development.

An assistant manager will be hired full time who will assist the manager and also be the senior server.

Part time personnel will be hired to handle serving, bartending and dishwashing.

The accounting and marketing will be handled by consultants or contractors.

The company will post advertisements in newspapers and websites (Dubizzle etc) and then will interview the individuals and will select who to hire or not.
