The objectives for Love’s Design, is delivering educational means to its employees on ergonomics awareness and risk factors associated with Musculoskeletal Disorder and injuries directly affecting employees working in call centre while decreasing injuries. Love Designs will provide sufficient techniques that will allow information disseminate on Musculoskeletal Disorder Awareness Training, for employees, by providing in house classes on proper techniques in workstations setup, online collaborations with ergonomics support team, and tutorials that will help individuals learn how to use self-evaluations checklist.
