The sky is a mix of different oranges and reds in the morning and afternoon, and in between this it is a bright yellow. At night it is typically a grey color, though sometimes a brown. Dark grey and black puffs that I would consider clouds float throughout the sky. Still watching the animal, I make out the head, focusing on separating the reddish brown fur from its similar surroundings, and then go for it. I shoot forward, and before it has time to flinch, I stab the neck. Not very fast for what it looks like. The size of a fawn, this will give me some meat for a couple weeks. Satisfied with my hunt, I return to my shelter. I enter the cave, set down my kill, and head back outside. Grabbing a stick, I use a resource that is odd to be on this land for no apparent reason that I have learned so far. Fire. It is randomly laid across the land, not necessarily burning anything, just there. The fire doesn't move position unless if by me. Since being here, I have found the fire to be very useful, it gives me light at night, some warmth if needed, and a way to cook, which is I'm grateful for it right now.
