5.3 Describe how issues of public concern have altered public views of the sector.
The public it seems have be losing faith with such regulators and companies that provide care this has been going on for a numbers of years now. The press have public in issuing articles that have highlighted care companies, social service and other social care professional to letting victims down. These professionals have not taken these cares seriously to ensuring standards and guidelines have been adhered too. The media have had the opportunities to go undercover to be able to obtain and reports to which was possible to bring to the public’s attention by have undercover within the care sector.
