Dia Pipeline Executive Summary
1.0 OBJECTIVE
This Standard sets out the framework and direction for overall duties/responsibilities of all involved operating staff and implementation of best safe practices as per EHSQ guidelines for operational and training requirements.
The scope of this work instruction is to covers pigging operation for clearing the line contents of both Terminal dock line and DIA pipeline. Each individual involved in operation within the HEJP shall follow and understand the requirements determined in the work instruction.
1.1. RESPONSIBILITY
• Terminal Manager is responsible to ensure the review and maintenance of this document.
• Terminal superintendent is responsible to ensure the implementation, of this procedure by the operation team.
