Dicey Tillerman Character Descriptions
Dicey took a deep step into responsibility, by taking care of all three of her siblings. Dicey Tillerman is a thirteen year old girl who has short brown thick hair that makes her look like a boy. Dicey used to live in Provincetown, Massachusetts with her three siblings Maybeth, Sammy, and James including her mother and father. They were deprived and their father had left them. Then their mother had left them, in front of a mall. In one way I can describe Dicey is intelligent because she had to sense new ways to get food for her and her siblings with very low cash. She completed a plan to get to her Aunt Cilla's who had a large home in Bridgeport,Ct. Lastly, Dicey formed her own a plan to blend in with others. I am optimistic that she is intelligent because looked out for all three of her siblings and figured out so many plans. For instance, she had to form a plan to get food, and discover a new place to sleep until they got to Aunt Cilla’s. …show more content…
She was determined to take care of her siblings and bring them to her Aunt Cilla’s home securely. She tried so cautiously not to get caught as if they where . She was also determined to find places to sleep . I am optimistic that Dicey is strong-minded because she was able to get to her Aunt Cilla's by sticking with her plan safely and not giving up. Lastly, A non-forgetable trait for Dicey is courageous because she was anxious that she and her siblings were going to get caught and something could have happened but, Dicey kept going. Dicey is also courageous because if someone caught them they must forcefully sprint somewhere to hide. Another reason why I think that Dicey is courageous because she blended in with others so they wouldn’t get noticed by themselves. Dicey did what she needed to do even if something could have happened. That shows more than courageous, Don’t you
