THE WRONG METHOD OF DIET
Many people are concerned about the shape of their body. They do not want to look too plump. They would like to look fashionable so that they can put on the latest trend of apparels. Many other people are truly health conscious. They do not want to suffer from obesity since they know that being obese is identical with diseases. These people would like to lose weight; unfortunately several of them have chosen the wrong method of diet. The wrong method of diet, which causes anorexia and bulimia, will certainly endanger the life of the dieters.
In order to lose weight quickly, the impatient dieters choose the purge and binge method. They eat as much as they do as usual, and not long after that they stimulate themselves to vomit all the food they have just eaten. They do this purge and binge habit regularly, it affects their health tremendously. After some time, they can get slimmer quickly but on the other hand the symptoms of insufficient nutrition come up obviously. The hair is brittle and falling off easily. The color of the teeth starts to be yellowish because the email is lacking of nutrient. Since there is almost no food supply to the body, the dieters are fragile and suffer from malnutrition. As a consequence, they have no energy to do daily activities and are prone to get sick because there is no endurance in their body.
To make it worse, although these wrong dieters have been so skinny and bony and have suffered from the chronic anorexia and bulimia, they still keep on continuing this deadly habit, regarding the consequences. They would like to look as slim as their idol celebrities such as fashion models and movie stars. These people, usually women, have been
