Different Types of Friends
Buddies are the most significant in friends. They hold strong bonds because they are usually always there for you. Besides, buddies family can be classified as friends. Some family members are closer than others just like friends. Also relative friends can be other friendships that are easy to achieve.

There also friends at workplace, school that can gain temporary or permanent friendship. Winik states in the essay that “Like School Friends, Work Friends share certain memories which acquire a nostalgic glow after about a decade.

In the essay, Marion states another type of friend which was the faraway friend. This friend is someone you grew up with or went to school with or lived in the same town as until one of you moved away. A faraway tries to keep in touch but they do not put a lot off effort to have a closer friendship. Sadly, another type of friend is the formal friend. A formal friend you to be a great, close friend until something bad happened that caused the friendship to end.

To conclude friends can be significant to an individual. Most friends are different from one another. Some might be closer than the others. Friends are people you suppose to love and have a positive role in your life.

True friends are like one soul, living in two bodies. They are attached so much to one another. A real friend is one who comes to you, when all others have left. Never a true one flatters you. He may at times frown upon you. A friend’s frown is said to be better than a foe’s praise. An old friend is like old wine. He is a stimulating force. An old friend is one, on whom one can always rely. He stands by you, at all times and shares you joys and sorrows. It is an unbroken friendship till the last.

In our day to day affairs, we come across so many, who become friends for a purpose. There are also other type of friends, who are casual friends, whom we meet on our travels in buses and the trains. They are friends with whom we exchange so many views. But at
