Friendship
Friends are those people who surround us with care and love. When life is so dark and all doors are closed, friends are that hope you can stand by. However, friends do not always form that beautiful emotional relationships, some of them rather carry other hidden intentions which are covered by the name of friendship. I believe that friends fall under two main categories which are real friends and friends of special interests.
Friends are that great blessing from God in order to provide us with the ultimate support when life becomes so tough and disappointing. A real friend is simply recognized throughout difficult situations when he or she tries to put your advantages over his or her own advantages. For instance, when you are struggling to pay off your bank loan, a real friend will surely care to help you even with a little money while others just looking with sympathy. Real friends are first people celebrating your success in life as if they made it themselves. A friendship may start and finish in a day, but true friendships hold strong as time goes on.
Friends of interests seem to love your high level, social status in community. For example, when you wear luxurious cloths and drive up to date, expensive cars, people start making friendships with you as they can get some good benefits. However, if you suddenly lose that noble status, fake friends will be the ones who firstly disappear from your life. Friends of interests also approach highly educated people because they can depend on them in finishing coursework and gaining high grades. In bad times, fake friends will probably run away as if you have never met with them.
Friendship is a wonderful term describing love, care, and faithfulness. Nevertheless, friends come in various kinds. Some carry good intentions who describe real friends while others hold bad intentions who describe friends of interests. Only tough life experiences will help you distinguish between your real friends and those fake ones.

Friendship is a very powerful word. As children are growing up, their parents and family give them a taste of what friendship really is all about. Starting at a young age, it is smart for parents to teach children the significance of friendship. A friend should be someone who tells the other individual when they are doing wrong. They should influence them to do good, give them a shoulder to cry on, and be that person to talk to when sad. Friendships change over time as you move from childhood to adulthood, however, friendship exists in the positive relationships a person builds.…

The word friend means exactly what it is, just a word. The pure substance behind the word no longer bares any true meaning and feeling behind it. I have learned to limit the use of the word and can only call a select few a true friend. Growing up I thought I was popular because I had so many friends. However little did I know that instead of calling these people friends, I should have substituted the word for acquaintances, or in the future outlook of it all, maybe even enemies. A friend is supposed to be there for you through thick and thin. Friends stick by your side no matter what and have your best interest in hand. There for, these people I considered friends, were not my friends, but bad influences.…

. First there are the special interest friends. These people are your friends only because you share the same interest. I had a friend named .... who I got to know by sharing a tennis activity. We were friends without divulging our personal information. Sometimes I try to know a little bit about her so that we don’t have to always only talk about tennis, or get awkward silences. I have her phone number but I might not call her out of the blue ‘ just to say hi ‘. I still remember when I ran into her in the street, the conversations only last for a few minutes. I started with “HEY!! What are you doing here?” with a big grin,” and ended with a “okay, see you then!” And that’s about it. It’s the kind of friends who easily drift away from you once you start to lose contact.…
